Includes high-resolution JPEG images with a standard 48 hour production time. After delivery, one standard edit change is included. This includes the removal of minor imperfections such as dust spots, reflections and lens flares; removal of objects is at photographer's discretion. Any additional standard edit changes are billed at $15/image per edit delivery. The amount of photos and angles taken are at the discretion of the photographer. If the photographer is required to return to property to re-shoot any image not taking in a specific angle or lighting, or not requested as outlined on the initial shot-list there will be a minimum $50 trip fee plus an hourly billable rate of $85/hour the photographer is on property.

We do not provide any AI image transformation including changing dirt to grass, covering dead grass, 'what-if' property or landscape modifications or any modification which alters the real-property and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Photographer and Nevada Real Estate Photography from any misrepresentation of the original images or real-property.
